The 17.5 cm diameter base provides a broad pressing area for burger preparation. Position it over the patty and apply pressure through the central handle to adjust the thickness. The underside features raised parallel ridges, giving the pressing surface a ribbed profile.

Grip the rounded wooden handle to position and lift the press. Its raised design gives you room to hold it above the cast-iron base. The handle may become hot during use, so use heat-resistant gloves or oven mitts when cooking.
